RHEV Manager 2.2 Installation Prerequisite
If you are new to RHEV Please read my older post under RHEV to get detailed information about RHEV . Also Prerequisite for RHEV2.2 is not much differed as compared to RHEV 2.1 . So am covering only the requirements that is mandatory for RHEV 2.2 .
Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager & Hypervisor Hardware requirements
Hardware requirements for both RHEV2.1 and version 2.2 are same so you can please refer my below Link for more information. Also its advisable to read this below link to get more infromation that is common to both the version before proceeding further .

RHEV Manager 2.2 Software Prerequisite
Install Windows Server 2008 (R2) with a valid Product Key . I advise you to select Enterprise Full Installation.
Once you installed you can either Join the server to existing Domain controller or else you can install a Active Directory on the same server as per your infrastructure needs . Please refer the below Url for more information

Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager 2.2 executable ,RHEV-toolsSetup, virtio-drivers.vfd (downloaded from the Red Hat Network),
The following are the Mandatory Windows components required before installing the RHEV Manager.
Install .NET Framework 3.5.1
Verify that .NET Framework 3.5.1 is installed by going to Start > Control Panel > Turn Windows features on or off
If it is not installed it can be installed by adding the Application Server role in Server Manager.
Internet Information Services (IIS)
Verify PowerShell is installed successfully by going to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Windows PowerShell.
Finally do a windows update to update update your system with all the avialable updates.
Recommended utilities for transferring files between RHEV Manager and RHEV Hypervisor:
One or more physical servers to act as the Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager Hypervisors or Red Hat Enterprise Linux Hosts, each with:
The RHEV-Hypervisor 5.5-2.2 ISO (downloaded from the Red Hat Network) or A Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.5 or later AMD64/Intel 64 system.
